Healthy Life

Aiming to have a healthy life style means to exercise every day at least one hour, to sleep early and of course to eat healthy food. One of my favorite healthy food is the Sushi. Sushi can be low in fat, calories and high in nutrients and above that all it's yummy, so you must consider eating it if you are on diet or if you seek a healthy life style.
