Our Teaching lesson 15-5

It was really tough day for me, we did a teaching session about "Telecommunication,The  Internet & Wireless Technology" and we prepare for one week or even more. In addition, we tried to make our session very interesting and we put many creative ideas so the audience won't get bored. However, our session was quite long about 1:30:00 Hour but the audience were happy about the materials we delivered to them. I explained about "IP Address and Physical transmission media" but unfortunately i got nervous in the begging but then i was fine, in fact i wasn't happy about my performance at all...However, our teacher gave us feedback about our session, we got good feedback and all of us were happy and we got many complements about our prezi. Moreover,  i was one of the good presenters which made me quite happy about my self.

When it comes to sweets chocolate is number one, but what about drinks?

To me my favorite energy drink in the world is Ornamin C. When you see the bottle in the first glance you might think that it's a medicine, because it looks similar to it however when you open and drink  you will feel very energetic especially when you are working or studying, it's very refreshing and it's best to drink it when it is super cold.

Healthy Life

Aiming to have a healthy life style means to exercise every day at least one hour, to sleep early and of course to eat healthy food. One of my favorite healthy food is the Sushi. Sushi can be low in fat, calories and high in nutrients and above that all it's yummy, so you must consider eating it if you are on diet or if you seek a healthy life style.

I'll tell you a sad story of my baby chick that i love so much, we have  chickens and pigeons in our home  and every day the hen bleaches, but unfortunately it do not sit on their eggs, somehow the pigeon sit on the  chicken eggs because of her small size she could only cover one egg however after 21 days the egg hatched and one baby chick came out for me this baby is miracle, so i took it to take a good care of it since it parents did not want it. So first of all  i taught the chick how to eat rice and i kept it in my room, i took it for a walk and i kept monitoring it so the cat won't come and take it away, every day the baby chick  grow little bit bigger, it used to recognized  me when i come near, it climb up to my hand and sleep and don't do the same to other that why i felt like this chick is special for me, since the chick was alone i bought a couple of small chicks to stay with it. However, on Friday it was a big family gathering and all my nephews and nieces were at our home and they told me that they want to play with the chicks and they promised me to take a good care of them and i was in rush to go out of the home to finish a business so when i came back, i was shocked to find out that my favorite  baby chick was smashed by my 3 years old nieces with her bicycle, actually it was a tragedy day for me and i felt like i lost something can't be replaced.

Today's Lunch

It was unusual ,strange, delicious thing to try " Avocado with Nachos". I really loved this dish because i didn't try such a thing before. And they mixed it in front of you with make you excited to try the mixed thingy. This dish only served in Mexican Restaurant. In addition, the restaurant I've been in today is "Rosa Mexicano" Mirdif city Center and it opened other branch exist in Dubai Mall as well. Here is some photo of the amazing dish:
